Resolutions and Reformation in Mid-September
It is now Septmeber, and I see myself nearly kissing 2005 goodbye. Yet, I feel that I am still at a crossroad and have not tirumphantly made any progress to choose any direction for myself this year. Thus, I am now listing a short rundown of goals that should be achieved before 2005 smacks me goodbye.
- Getting back the abs, gaining more the pecs. Goal: Lose at least two inches off my waist and grow my chest size by at least an inch by third week in October.
- Organizing and implementing better reports. Goal: Give cycle reviews to my distributor and sales force more regularly; get reports from my office personnel consistently, and assist my Operations Manager in his purchases more often.
- Writing more, calling less: Goal: To lessen mobile phone calls but increasingly improve sending thank you notes, hello letters, and encouragement notes. I should have sent 10 letters before October first week.
- Email my superiors more: Reporting and keeping in touch with my boss will be treated with extreme importance [eg. Boss, I need more funds].
I think I should have a few more. Any ideas?
