Magic Cooking
I have just undergone another training just last week. The training was actually a product knowledge orientation and basic selling skill training intended for the sales personnel of a couple of distributors in Mega Manila, but it had been agreed that I undergo the product knowledge sessions to further supplement the trainings I had taken weeks before.
This training on product knowledge however was fun. Instead of the usual parade of products in powerpoint presentation, my group tested the products ourselves–through cooking under the supervision of a regional chef.
We were divided into three groups , each of which had to cook a dish of our own. My group had to cook pansit guisado. I had to slice some carrots and mince some garlic, look after the stove, and pass on some tissue here and there to wipe off sauce and spillage [I felt like a nursing aide for a surgeon; ha ha]. The result three platefuls of yummy pansit in as fast as 45 minutes [thanks to my product Maggi Magic Sarap;he he].
